Currently, in an effort to facilitate social distancing and isolation we are offering a home delivery service. Please see our online commerce store which offers a select range of products which are available for home delivery to certain suburbs Thursday through to Sunday. 

All of our breads have one type of sourdough or another. This is one of the elements which gives our breads the signature taste and texture we enjoy so much.

At Crust & Co we leave it to the experts to make gluten free breads and treats as we don't have separate facilities, nor equipment for them to be 100% free of gluten traces. However, our meringues are gluten free, and we often have one other gluten free treat available. Please ask our shop team on the day. 

Here at Crust & Co we use a variety of flours from Australia, which we find gives a comparable result to the European flours. Our traditional white sourdough breads are made on a flour much like the T65 in France. 

Yes, our croissant dough is made using French butter sheets. The brand may vary depending on availability, but the butter content does not!
